Procedure - 01
Demand Letter from Foreign Employer
The recruitment process begins when a foreign employer sends a demand letter to Diyalo International. The demand letter includes details such as: Number of workers required Job descriptions and qualifications Salary and benefits Working hours and conditions Duration of employment Accommodation and food arrangements Diyalo International ensures that the demand letter is verified and approved by the relevant authorities in the host country.
Procedure - 02
Approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE)
Diyalo International submits the demand letter and other required documents to the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) in Nepal for approval. The DOFE verifies the authenticity of the demand letter and ensures that the job offer complies with Nepali labor laws and international standards. Once approved, Diyalo International is authorized to proceed with the recruitment process.

Recruitment of Workers
Advertisement: Diyalo International advertises the job vacancies through newspapers, online platforms, and other media. The advertisement includes: Job title and description Required qualifications and experience Salary and benefits Name and address of the foreign employer Selection: Candidates apply for the job, and Diyalo International conducts interviews and tests to select the most suitable candidates based on the employer’s requirements. Documentation: Selected workers must provide the following documents: Citizenship certificate Passport Educational certificates
Procedure - 04
Pre-Departure Orientation
Selected workers are required to attend a pre-departure orientation program conducted by the Government of Nepal or authorized training centers. The orientation covers: Rights and responsibilities of migrant workers Cultural awareness and adaptation Safety and security measures Legal procedures and documentation Financial management and remittance Workers receive a pre-departure orientation certificate, which is mandatory for obtaining final approval from the DOFE.

Medical Examination
Workers must undergo a medical examination at a government-approved health center to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for work. The medical report is submitted as part of the visa application process. Common tests include: Blood tests Chest X-rays Eye tests General health check-ups
Procedure - 06
Visa Processing
Diyalo International assists workers in obtaining the necessary work visa for the destination country. The visa application is processed through the embassy or consulate of the destination country. Required documents for visa application include: Passport Employment contract Medical report Demand letter Pre-departure orientation certificate
Procedure - 07
Labor Approval and Contract Signing
The worker signs an employment contract with the foreign employer. The contract must include: Job title and description Salary and benefits Working hours and overtime policies Duration of employment Accommodation and food arrangements Terms of termination and repatriation The contract must be approved by the DOFE to ensure it complies with Nepali labor laws and international standards.
Procedure - 08
Insurance
Workers are required to obtain comprehensive insurance coverage as per the regulations of the Government of Nepal. The insurance policy must cover: Health insurance Accident insurance Life insurance The insurance policy is valid for the duration of the employment contract.
Procedure - 09
Final Approval and Flight Arrangements
The DOFE issues final approval for the worker to travel abroad after verifying all documents, including: Passport with work visa Employment contract Insurance policy Pre-departure orientation certificate Diyalo International arranges flight tickets and ensures that the worker has all necessary documents before departure.
Procedure - 10
Departure and Post-Departure Monitoring
The worker departs for the destination country. Diyalo International and the Government of Nepal monitor the worker’s condition and ensure compliance with the employment contract. The Nepali embassy or consulate in the host country provides support and assistance to workers if needed.
Procedure - 11
Grievance Handling
If any issues arise during employment, the worker can contact the Nepali embassy or consulate in the host country or Diyalo International for assistance. The Government of Nepal has established mechanisms to address grievances and protect the rights of migrant workers, including: Hotline services Legal aid Repatriation in case of emergencies
